A 90 MJ/hr multi-jet target burner heats the 18 litre open stainless steel pan quickly and maintains temperature through high-volume service, producing up to 25 kg per hour. The tube-free open pan design with a built-in cool zone extends oil life and makes cleaning straightforward, with a 30 mm drain valve for effective oil changes. Mechanical thermostat controls from 100 °C to 190 °C with an over-temperature safety cut-out, and the manual pilot burner has flame failure protection. Two nickel-plated wire baskets and a stainless steel lid are included. Suite-matching with the full Cobra 800 mm depth range.
