Brazil: The natural processed Brazilian Arabica beans are sourced from the Minas Gerais region. They offer the blend sweetness, body and a smooth mouthfeel. Sweetness reminiscent of molasses and hazelnut can be found. A perfect base for a blend. Central and South America: Coffees from these countries are used interchangeably depending on seasonality and availability. They have in a common medium level of acidity and a clean crisp finish. India: This high quality natural processed robusta is shade grown amongst other plants such as cardamom and pepper. This coffee is full bodied with a velvety mouth feel and dark cocoa notes in the aftertaste. This coffee lends itself to adding power to an espresso blend.
